Run Timaru holds weekly runs each Tueadsay all year round starting from the Frontrunner Timaru (300 Stafford Street, Timaru. 6:00pm). These runs are for all runners of all abilities and cover distances from 5km up to 12km with running routes all over Timaru. These group runs are free and open to all (club members and the public).
Caroline Bay 3km Series - Held over 5 weeks in November & December, Caroline Bay Soundshell, Timaru. 6:30pm

Thursday Speedwork Sessions

Based on the Bay, each week the group work through a program of basic speed endurance sessions aimed to improve their performance in races. These sessions are open to Run Timaru members only. Click to view the Schedule
Aorangi Park Athletics Track (Oct - February). 6:00pm
Based at the all weather track, these are more intensive speed focused workouts that follows a weekly schedule. These sessions are open to Run Timaru members only. Click to view the Schedule

Run Timaru holds weekly runs each Saturday morning all year round. These runs are easy social runs and generally cover distances from 5km up to 12km. The runs cater for runners of all abilities and the running routes are different each week covering most of Timaru.
After the run, you are welcome to join us for a relaxing drink at the Highfield Village Inn across the road from Westend Park.
